After a night in Luthier’s makeshift inns, you all awake as the town does; a light voice carries out over the rooftops, waking the people and animals alike. Ludo arrives to find you all again soon after, with local fruits in his arms for your breakfast. He explains that the sage, as stated yesterday, wishes to keep you all unders observation for a bit longer, not only for their safety but also to continue to learn about each other.
And thus, he offers out multiple options for the day. You four have elected to join Ludo as he does his knightly duties for the day, which entails guarding and watching over Dantelion as she travels for a ceremonial pilgrimage of sorts. Your destination is the Water’s Isle, a floating island on the west side of Caelum, but you will also be backtracking a little to make your way over there.
You meet first with Dantelion at the great tree, and then make your way out of Luthier.
“I would like to learn from all of thee, if I may. But my knowledge shall be shared in turn.” She speaks gracefully, even as you all make your way back down the steps carved into the earth. “You may ask anything thou desireth.”
“What do ye think of ’im?” he jerks a thumb back in Ludo’s direction.
Her company is… Milly tries not to think too hard. She badly wants to be with the cute boys and not the scowlers (she’s sorry but it feels that way) + Leif.
“When did you become a sage? It sounds like a lot of work for a person. And I thought you’d be like a hundred.”
Actually speaking of old, when did Leif look like That
What the… She looks at Ludo.
He looks a bit offended at the question, but goes through a face journey that Dantelion knows well.
“He’s capable, even if he is prone to rolling over.” She covers a laugh behind her hand. “Ludovicus hath been a friend for many years, now. I find it difficult to speak without such influence.”
