The seaside town, when you arrive, is about as busy as one would expect from what you saw upon your approach; it’s small, a bit quaint, with the familiar scent of saltwater in the air as you walk in from the docks. Though the Black Journey was likely flagged during its last return close to here (a certain someone’s report unknowingly obscured :clueless: ), the sheer lack of ships in the port puts your minds at ease. Bandera, after all, is known for its agriculture—fishing is only viable around port towns like this, and even then it’s more for culture than commerce.
A few people mill about, and looking around provides you the sight of a tavern, a few shops, a small portside market… and large building up on a cliff top nearby.

Lent’s not quite sure where to start. That looks like it could be a church in the distance, but as they conveyed to Nazario, they that there’s two AND the convent. Best to ask around, first, right?
Though they catch Milly before she mopes again and wanders off too far, a little tap to her shoulder. “Hey. Don’t let the travel get you down, okay? I wanted you here.” Then they don’t explain why :clueless:
Stepping off the ship, he can’t help but do some small stretches despite the fact it wasn’t like he was stuck in one position the whole time on the boat. But it helped re-orient him for land.
“The markets is probably the best place to go askin’ around. They’re always crowded with folks.”
Noel’s eyes wander from building to building, particularly trying to scan the skyline until he spots it- the large building on a cliff top. He huffs and brushes his bangs aside confidently.
“Maybe we will not have to investigate much-” He corrects Lazare. “Do you see that edifice up on the cliff? I am quite certain that must be one of our destinations.” As an expert moontholic and Astorian, he knows churches and whatnot are typically the highest buildings in town. “Either that, or it is the local noble’s residence.”
Noel can you roll CHA to tell me how cool your bangs brushing was
The port is nice looking enough- By now, Milly no longer has tears burning at her eyes but is indeed still mopey, evident by her low energy walk and downtrodden expression.
“Okay…” She rubs at her cheek. “I’m going to look for your sister the best I can.”
What a quaint little place. Cornelius is the last to step off the ship, peering his colleagues as they settle themselves on Tua Torian land, counting them in his head now that they’ve all gathered. Lazare… Noel.. milly.. Ai Ling. His shoulders stiffen and he looks away, keeping his tone even. “I concur, though perhaps it’s best to split apart to make efficient use of our time. I am willing to investigate the building on the cliff,” she forms her words in a way that shows comfort in going alone. The navy can’t reach her here, right? Best to be on her own while making sure, can’t risk endangering the rest.
