A warm, wooden cabin in the middle of the snowy forest is a pleasant respite from the freezing storm. Thick blankets sit at the insides of the windows to keep as much heat inside as possible, and a gun rack near the front door indicates this may be the home of a hunter.
Eventually you all reach the cabin, stumbling in from the cold beyond. Frostbite has started to nip at the cheeks and fingers of everyone except Robin, and even Lent looks worse for wear when they trail in from around back, somehow.
Depending on what you found, the cabin may or may not feel like a safe space… But regardless, it’s warm. You all survived mostly unscathed.
Here, in the cabin, a front entryway is where you’ve all gathered. To the right is a bathroom, and further in you can spot a wider area with a kitchen and living room space. Someone is stoking a fire, and they look excited to see someone arrive, only to be lost in confusion by the faces they see.
“Oh, um. Hello?” The figure sets down the fire poker, and pulls their scarf up to their face a little. Their cheeks are reddened from the cold, and their lashes nearly still frosted.
” Excuse me- ” In a rush, Cornelius runs to the bathroom, head ducked and face covered in his hand.
Guess he really had to go…
Looking stupid asf with frozen cranberry juice on his face and frostbitten fingers.
“What was that-” whoa did anyone see that
“Hiiiii! Sorry to intrude! We got caught in the snowstorm.”
Cornelius’ face was so frostbitten it fell off!!!! Mother nature is… scary..
